CEVA Showfreight

Transportation and shipping services for exhibitions

CEVA Showfreight is the new name of TNT Showfreight. 'Exhibiting your equipment… or just moving it?' How are you going to get it there safely, securely, on time and undamaged? Do you think it is: too complicated? Too far? Too heavy? Too bulky? Or just too risky? Not for CEVA Showfreight it isn't.

We have the experience, knowledge and expertise, particularly working with large and often heavy equipment, such as aircraft, generators and textile machinery, to meet your requirements and timescales anywhere in the world. 'We make the impossible happen' -- every day of the week.

International shipping - we're the experts

We will take care of every single aspect of shipping your valuable equipment to the event -- from your factory or showroom to your exhibition stand. We will give you a variety of options including road, air and sea with expert advice at every point and constant monitoring throughout the project.

Customs – international know how

When exhibiting overseas there are often strict Customs procedures and regulations that need to be followed. CEVA Showfreight has the global coverage and expertise to prepare and complete all the relevant documentation. Whether the Customs procedures required are a 'Temporary Importation' or the 'ATA Carnet' system, our worldwide professionals will be on hand to offer advice.

Health and Safety – you can rely on us

We assess risks, we don't take them. Health and Safety is as important as any other aspect of transporting your equipment and we will always comply with the relevant statutory requirements and safeguards as will everyone working for us or with us. It is our responsibility and we take it very seriously.

Delivering the goods – an enviable reputation

Delivering to a busy exhibition site can be complicated, stressful and sometimes daunting. CEVA Showfreight prides itself on understanding your requirements and the venues' rules and regulations. Liaison with exhibition organisers, venue managers and onsite co-ordinators, as well as using the most appropriate vehicles, is all part of our process that ensures your equipment arrives in the right place at the right time.

Heavy lift operations – tons of experience

The shape, size and weight of machinery at exhibitions can vary significantly, particularly with equipment used by BTMA members. The transport and handling of such equipment needs careful planning and implementation using the appropriate vehicles and lifting equipment together with fully trained operatives. Whether the requirement is for forktrucks, 10 tonne cranes for use in restricted areas or mobile telescopic cranes with capacity of up to 100 tonnes CEVA Showfreight will meet your needs. We have the latest equipment and the best trained people, ensuring a safe and successful working environment.

Warehousing – trusted and reliable

The size and scale of CEVA's operation, both in the UK and overseas, allow CEVA Showfreight to utilise warehousing facilities right around the world. For example, we have over 1,000 square metres of dedicated warehouse space at the NEC which is ideally placed to offer a variety of secure short and long term storage solutions. For high value goods and equipment we can provide additional security including CCTV and alarmed premises as necessary.

BTMA-specific services – tailored to your needs

We are proud to have worked with many members of the BTMA over recent years, so we understand the specific requirements that the industry demands. We have the knowledge and professional expertise to tailor services to meet the needs of the textile machinery industry.
