Macart Textiles (Machinery)

New spinning equipment, spare parts and second-hand machines

MACART manufactures and supplies new textile machinery and spare parts, as well as second-hand machinery.

Macart Spinning Systems

The Macart Spinning Systems S300 machine combines the roving, spinning ,twisting, yarn bulking and take-up winding operations into a single process to produce 2-fold yarns in the count range 2/16Nm to 2/42Nm.

The S300 will process synthetic staple fibre, natural fibres and their blends with fibre lengths suitable for worsted spinning. It is especially suitable for High Bulk Acrylic yarn production.

By reducing the number of process operations in the factory there are large savings made in labour, energy, maintenance, floor space and waste.
