Mitchell Grieve is also an approved supplier for the main Italian sock machine builders, such as Lonati, Matec and Sangiacomo.

Mitchell Grieve is also a manufacturer and supplier of needles and elements for fully-fashioned cotton frame machines and was the supplier of knitting instruments to the Bentley Cotton company.

The Mitchell Grieve range of textile-related products is completed by sinkers for large-diameter, single-jersey circular machines.
