Roto-VacSpecifically for the textile sector, Technijet's patented Roto-Vac machine has been widely accepted as the ultimate technology for the continuous removal of lint, dust and debris from fabric, as it is delivered to the printing blanket prior to meeting rotary printing screens.
It is also, however, being adapted for other manufacturing processes where lint, debris, coatings and other applied finishes also cause problems and need to be cleaned in-situ, while the machine is operating.
In rotary screen printing, the system removes lint where it is most problematic and most likely to affect the print quality - directly in front of the first printing screen. A specially-developed, pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the roller whilst in-situ.
The roller cleaning head is then positioned above the roller to effect lint removal from the adhesive coating. No modification required to the print-machine structure or to the printing heads is required, since the system is totally self contained and constantly monitors its own performance.
As a result of the specially-formulated adhesive and the oscillating cleaning head, lint, dust and debris removal is achieved effectively and easily on a continuous basis. The roller cleaning head continually traverses above the roller, removing and cleaning the lint away as it adheres to the roller. The adhesive level remains constant throughout the process and throughout consecutive print runs.
Wash systemsOther key products for the textiles industry in the Technijet range - all of which are purpose-built from stainless steel and corrosive-resistant materials - include:
Pressure washersTechnijet also offers a vast selection of static, mobile, hot, cold, single-3 phase, electric, petrol and diesel driven own branded pressure washers as well as a comprehensive range from the leading manufacturers Alto and Karcher.
Technijet continual vacuum extraction systems are built to offer optimum performance for water and dust extraction during fabric processing. A uniquely designed extraction blade ensures fabric stability whilst also offering flexibility for vacuum levels and air flow, to maximise effectiveness of dust and water removal. They are suitable for most fabric types - from light weight knitted items to heavy cottons and linens. Separator vessels are also designed to optimise the performance of the complete system.
